Micah 7:8
This is what I see as I read Micah 7:8, my favorite Bible verse. "Do not gloat over me, my enemy. Though I fall, I shall rise again. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light." So, I wanted to draw it to encourage others as I have been.
God sent his son Jesus to bleed and die to save us. He IS love, and he wants nothing more than to be a part of your life. When it feels like life is beating you down, when you've lost hope and don't see where you're supposed to go, look to the heavens. God is there, just waiting to lift you up and place you back on your feet.
Light shines brightest in the darkest of hours, and no matter how small the light is, it will chase darkness away. Sometimes you're called to be light by just not letting the darkness win. By getting up one more day. No matter if you are on top of the world, or carrying it's weight; let God be your light.
You will rise again soldier.
